Our group is excited to host Sawyer Grizzard, UNC-CH first year Ph.D. student in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences Program.
Before rotating in our group, Sawyer studied the neurological underpinnings of sleep and motivated behaviors using mouse models. He is broadly interested in exploring the neural substrates of behaviors, with the ultimate goal of discovering new ways of improving life quality in a variety of populations. In the lab, he is currently working to better understand the circuitry underlying aggressive behaviors.
To welcome Sawyer and celebrate the holidays the lab went out for brunch in RTP!
